Scouting and Purchases: 150EUR per day to visit properties (usually 3-6 properties are viewed per day depending on regions and dispersal) + 6% commission on final purchase. With this service, whether the property is in our database or not we'll utilise all of our resources to located the best properties for you. We'll shortlist and visit them to ensure quality and provide you with photographs and videos. We'll also secure documents on any properties that you wish to pursue for purchase. We can do this independently or while you visit Bulgaria, at no additional charge.

Project Management: Pricing for project management is dependent upon the intended project. We manage projects from inception or from handover during the beginning or middle stages (purchase of land or contractor tendor) to the completion of the project or a term/milestone defined by you. We will manage projects of any size, from private homes to resort facilities. Please email us with brief details about your project and together we can come to consensus on prices and the way to proceed to fulfill your project.

After You Buy: If you plan to develop land in Bulgaria, regulations are needed as well as building permissions, the right architects and builders, utilities such as water, electricity (grid and renewable sources) and phone, etc. We help by arranging all of these for you based on your needs and in the best possible way to fit your timescales.
